Who we are
A guild, not a Discord server
Founded in 2019 above a print shop on Rivington Street, CrimsonQuest Raiders grew from six friends grinding ranked into a 400-member East London community. We run structured practice, not just voice chat.
Our coaches have peaked Radiant, Global Elite and Challenger across the titles we teach. Every session is reviewed on tape, so you leave knowing exactly what to fix before the next queue.
How we train
Vision-first, tilt-free
We drill fundamentals — crosshair placement, wave management, objective timing — before hero picks or flashy plays. Members log VODs weekly and get written feedback within 48 hours.
Our Shoreditch venue is open Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00–23:00, with 24 tournament-spec PCs, a shoutcasting booth and endless flat whites from the café next door.

Friday LAN Nights
Every Friday 18:00–23:00: 24 tournament PCs, snacks, a house tournament and cash-pot finals. Walk-in seat £18, members free. Bring your own peripherals or use ours.
6-Week Ranked Bootcamp
A structured squad programme: two coached scrims a week, homework drills and a mock tournament in week six. Capped at 10 players per cohort. £320 all-in, next intake opens monthly.
